The Fortier Library of White Mountains Community College
Mission
The mission of the White Mountains Community College library is to support the College's mission by ensuring high quality services and access to library resources for all users. To promote information literacy and lifelong learning, the library provides an environment conducive to learning, research, and study as well as providing instruction to students, faculty, and staff.
Summer Hours:
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
Regular hours resume on September 2nd
Located at the south end of the College, the Fortier Library houses a comfortable reading room with resources in a variety of formats. Access to the library's catalog is available 24 hours a day via the Web, as are the electronic databases. Study rooms are also available.
Librarians support our students in the academic work by providing individual or group classes to help with the Internet, with database research, and with assignments.
